Greg Allen Artists is a boutique artist management, booking and creative direction house for jazz, soul, funk, world and genre-fluid musicians. 27 years, 140+ artists guided, 3,800+ shows booked, 12 Grammy nods. We do day-to-day management, global touring, brand partnerships, publishing, sync and legacy storytelling — with soul, data and obsession.
About — Who we are
We are not a factory. We take on maximum 18 active artists so every career gets daily attention. No juniors handed off, no algorithm management — just senior people who answer the phone.
Founded by manager and former touring saxophonist Greg Allen, the company grew from jazz management into a full-stack home for modern musicians: strategy, touring, recording, visuals, money and mental health. We believe longevity beats virality. We build 20-year careers, not 20-week hype cycles.
Our ethos: artist-first contracts, transparent 360 reporting, fair fees, diverse line-ups, sustainable touring. 68% of our roster are independent or on indie labels. 54% are women, non-binary or BIPOC artists. We mentor young managers through our free Academy each summer.
